You may use the website to cancel your appointment anytime 72 hours before Normatec, whole body vibration or sauna sessions without a fee; or you may also call our office at 1-678-696-9004 and speak with a member of our staff during normal business hours 72 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you will receive a confirmation for all Normatec, whole body vibration or sauna sessions without a fee. Cancelations within 72 hours will require a call to the office at 1-678-696-9004 during normal business hours and a confirmation from our staff with a 75% cancellation fee according to the stated cost per service for all services offered to include but not limited to cryotherapy, Normatec, whole body vibration, sauna, body contouring, SubZero, CryoSkin, zero gravity massage chair sessions. ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRE 100% of the fee for the full service. ALL NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE NO-SHOW FEE WHICH IS THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE BOOKED. All deposits are paid in advance to secure your appointment time. All deposits and prepayments of any kind are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are also expiration dates for ALL service prepaid.
